Helping Community Leaders Connect & Grow.
Visionary leaders need a network of trusted peers that they can call on to provide a fresh perspective. We provide several developmental series to connect and elevate the current and future leaders in our community. Our goal is to provide the know-how and connections to develop community leaders, who will run for elected office, serve on nonprofit boards and help leader Omaha into the future.
Boss & Co.
Gain first-hand insight into community happenings and build a network of professional peers facing similar challenges and successes. Our goal is more insight, more impact and more accessibility for those who lead.

These groups meet monthly to have an Executive Dialogue, as an informal board of directors for each other. Each group includes an attorney, banker and accountant. Members of the group present an issue or idea and the other members give feedback in an honest and confidential setting. Request an invitation to join.
