Executive Dialogue

Executive Dialogue

By invite only, owners, partners or operations managers of non-competing businesses are placed into groups of 15-20. These groups meet monthly to have an Executive Dialogue, as an informal board of directors for each other. Each group includes an attorney, banker and accountant. Members of the group present an issue or idea and the other members give feedback in an honest and confidential setting. Request an invitation to join.

Leadership Omaha is one of the longest running professional development programs at the Greater Omaha Chamber. Each year, forty-five to fifty participants connect with other leaders while developing their personal and professional skills.

For senior-level executives (who are new to their positions and/or new to the community) and their spouse to help them better understand the environment in which they are now doing business.

Propel

Propel is a 7-session leadership program designed for newly promoted managers and rising stars. In small groups of 8-12, participants benefit from key leadership insights, coaching and a confidential forum to discuss current challenges and opportunities. Propel attendance is by application only. Chamber members save $250.
