The Bubbly Tart

Serving a multitude of delectable desserts, The Bubbly Tart doesn’t disappoint. From non-traditional wedding cakes to delicate French macarons, every item is made from scratch. Owner Chelsie Schroeder was raised to love food while working in her family’s café.

“I’ve always wanted to bring a fun dessert bar to Omaha, and once a friend suggested a dessert and champagne bar, I ran with it,” Schroeder says.

With her own designated headquarters at Kitchen Council, Schroeder is glad to be expanding from the wedding market into catering for birthday parties, bridal and baby showers and the Aksarben Farmer’s Market.

What sets this food venture apart is the combination of cocktails and confections. There is a cornucopia of bakeries to choose from in Omaha, so Schroeder wanted to offer, “new and unique items. The dessert-and-champagne bar concept has received a lot of great feedback and I believe it will be a good thing for the area.”
