When I’m talking with a business owner about the value in joining the Chamber, I’m not only selling a membership but offering them an opportunity to build and grow their business.”
Cheryl D. Anderson, Business Development Representative, Leo A Daly; President’s Club Volunteer; 15-year member of the Chairman’s Circle

For the past 18 years, I have worked in business development for Leo A Daly. My focus is on building and expanding our presence within the aviation and public institutional market sectors.

When I first joined the firm, a longtime supporter of the Greater Omaha Chamber, my managing principal suggested I get involved so I attended a President’s Club lunch meeting and felt right at home. That was 16 years ago.

When I’m talking with a business owner about the value in joining the Chamber, I’m not only selling a membership but offering them an opportunity to build and grow their business.

Being a member of an all-volunteer sales team is hard work, but the rewards are sweet.  The ultimate goal of being in the President’s Club is to reach Chairman’s Circle.  I’m proud to say I’ve received this award every year I’ve been in the Club – and fully expect to be back in the Circle this year!

This President’s Club journey has allowed me to attend various speaking events and given me the opportunity to meet the full Chamber Board and Chamber President and CEO David G. Brown. The added benefit of being a Chairman’s Circle winner is the extra time you’re able to spend with Board members who are instrumental in shaping our community.
