It’s hard to miss Bin There, Dump That.
The dumpsters are bright, neon green and they’re all over the city of Omaha.
Back in 2018, Sue and Peter Maier walked away from corporate America to open Bin There Dump That Omaha Dumpster Rental because they saw a need for waste disposal that was more residential friendly.
“Many times, people are renting a dumpster for reasons that involve a lot of emotions,” said Sue Maier, co-owner. “They’re cleaning out the house of a relative who has passed, moving out of a home that carries decades of memories, or recovering from a disaster such as water or fire damage.”
“We’re sensitive to those situations and strive to make the disposal process as seamless and easy as possible.”
This personalized approach to the industry also includes same day service, six days a week. It’s helped Peter and Sue grow their business from just one truck and 25 dumpsters to four trucks and 100 dumpsters.
“We get to know our customers and learn about their projects so we can recommend the best size dumpster for their needs,” said Maier. “We always text them the night before drop-off and pick-up to let them know what time our Delivery Experts will arrive. We protect driveways and work sites with wood boards on which the dumpsters are placed, and always sweep up after a job is completed.”
While growing a small business is never easy, Peter and Sue knew they could do it if they relied on their Midwestern work ethic (Peter is from Milwaukee and Sue is from Chicago) and the entrepreneurial spirit that infuses the city of Omaha.
“The minute we arrived in Omaha in 2011 we fell in love with the city. It’s a hidden gem that boasts fantastic restaurants and shopping, a vibrant performing arts scene and the good midwestern values that we’re accustomed to.”
