OMAHA, Neb., April 18, 2019 – Eight individuals were inducted into the Omaha Business Hall of Fame during a gala celebration on Wednesday, April 17, at the Holland Performing Arts Center, the Greater Omaha Chamber announced.

Honorees were recognized for building legacies of innovation, success and community impact. This year marks the 26th anniversary of the Business Hall of Fame.

“Our 2019 class has elevated some of Omaha’s most iconic companies and institutions; a group of inductees whose specialties span the industrial spectrum – from finance and franchises to retail, healthcare and transportation,” said David G. Brown, president and CEO, Greater Omaha Chamber. “They have achieved inspiring levels of success and community impact.”

The 2019 Omaha Business Hall of Fame inductees are:

The Omaha Business Hall of Fame was initiated in 1993 in celebration of the Chamber’s centennial anniversary. Proceeds from the Omaha Business Hall of Fame Gala will continue to support the permanent Omaha Business Hall of Fame exhibit at The Durham Museum and the annual Young Professionals Summit, a project of the Greater Omaha Chamber Young Professionals.
