About Reach
Building Capacity for Small & Emerging Businesses
REACH is the Greater Omaha Chamber’s flagship program for strengthening small and emerging businesses, especially in the construction sector. It delivers education, technical assistance, mentoring, and networking that help firms grow revenues, expand their workforce, and secure contracts.
Since 2015, REACH has supported more than 500 businesses by building capacity and promoting inclusion in contracting and procurement. Backed by a network of strategic partners, investors, and volunteers, the program equips local firms with the tools and connections needed to compete for larger opportunities and drive a stronger, more diverse business community.
