Leadership Omaha

For Mid- to Senior-Level Leaders

Leadership Omaha is one of the region’s longest-running community leadership programs, bringing together 45–50 professionals each year to explore Omaha’s challenges and opportunities through immersive learning and connection. Rooted in the idea of community trusteeship—a belief that leaders share responsibility for the long-term well-being, equity, and vitality of the community—the program develops leaders who think beyond their organizations to strengthen the region as a whole.

Leadership Lab

For Early- to mid-career professionals

Leadership Lab is a two-day intensive workshop for young professionals, new managers and rising leaders. The program builds foundational leadership skills, fosters collaboration, and empowers participants to lead with confidence, empathy, and purpose.

Executive Roundtables

For business leaders

Executive Roundtables bring leaders together in a confidential, collaborative setting designed for candid conversations and real problem-solving. These groups provide a trusted space to share insights, tackle challenges and accelerate professional and organizational growth alongside peers who understand the demands of leadership.
