Who We Are
We help companies start and sustain internal young professional groups.
The YP Council of Companies (CoC) is a program of the Greater Omaha Chamber Young Professionals and Greater Omaha Chamber. We help companies launch successful Young Professional, Emerging Leader, or New Employee Resource groups. We support their efforts as they sustain their resource groups long term through opportunities to network and build relationships with other young professionals in different companies.
Want to know more about how to successfully start and grow your Young Professionals Group or Employee Resource Group? This booklet will help you strategically think about your purpose, resources and what you want your group to be.
Council of Companies meetings are open to anyone in the Greater Omaha community. We meet as young professionals to discuss important issues in the workplace with featured expert guest speakers in the community. We also hear from a company spotlighting their employee resource group and the best practices they have developed.
Connect with the YP Talent Manager if you are interested in attending the next Council of Company meeting.
