We are seeking dynamic speakers who can deliver high-quality, actionable content aligned with one of the following tracks:
People, Opportunities, Workforce, Excellence, or Retention.
Application Details:
- Applicants interested in more than one track must submit a separate application for each track to ensure proper review and consideration.

Brandee Collins, MOCSA
Brandee Alexander, MPA, is a seasoned nonprofit leader, prevention strategist, and community builder with over 15 years of experience in organizational leadership, equity-centered programming, and high-impact training. Currently the Director of Prevention at MOCSA (Metropolitan Organization to Counter Sexual Assault), she leads initiatives that foster resilience, safety, and empowerment across diverse communities in Kansas and Missouri. Brandee specializes in helping individuals and teams translate fear into forward motion — whether launching bold ideas, navigating professional pivots, or reimagining their role in the community. Her approach blends storytelling, science, and soul, drawing from her deep expertise in behavioral health, nonprofit management, and cultural awareness. An Advanced Certified Nonprofit Professional and sought-after facilitator, Brandee has led major organizational change, built high-performing teams, and launched a thriving consulting practice supporting entrepreneurs and mission-driven projects. Becky Phipps is a powerful professional speaker and author, and former educator with three decades of corporate experience. Isabelle Fleming, Omaha by Design

Isabelle is a design and community engagement professional from Kansas City, Missouri. She graduated from Creighton University with a degree in Art History & Economics and finds her niche to be at the intersection of people-centered planning and creative communications. Deeply invested in arts and culture, Isabelle currently serves on the Joslyn Art Museum’s Young Advocates Leadership Committee and Omaha Fringe Festival Board. She integrates her love of the arts and community development in her work at Omaha by Design and recently graduated from the Nonprofit Association of the Midland’s Rising Leaders Institute.

Ayden Johnson, City of Omaha

Ayden grew up in Bellevue, Nebraska, and graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder. He began my planning career with the City of Lincoln and later moved into a long-range planning role with the City of Omaha. He enjoys traveling and finding inspiration from other cities, including ideas he is excited to bring back and apply to Omaha.

Ambe White, Dr. Ambe The Consultant LLC

Dr. Ambe White has over 25 years of experience in higher education, corporate America, non-profits, leadership and HR. She founded the Inclusion Alliance and Black Student Union, served as an Academic Dean, and is a TEDx speaker and college professor. Dr. Ambe holds degrees from Lincoln University, University of Kansas, Webster University, and the University of Cumberlands. As a consultant and motivational speaker, she focuses on resilience, empowerment, and leadership development, tailoring programs to client needs. Her company, Dr Ambe The Consultant LLC, is known for Building Resilience and Igniting Purpose.
Maggie Knight, Creighton University

Maggie Knight is an Associate Professor of Accounting, the Director of the Master of Accounting Program, and Chair of the Accounting department at Creighton University. She also serves as Board member and Audit Committee Chair for Exodus Movement, Inc., a publicly traded Bitcoin and crypto wallet. She earned her doctorate at Creighton University in 2018 and her research focuses on managing people in the accounting profession. Up until August 2016, she served as chief financial officer for the primary and specialty care networks of physicians in CHI Health, serving over 800 providers and 140 locations. Prior to her time with CHI Health, Maggie spent seven years in public accounting, six of those years with KPMG, where she served healthcare clients throughout the Midwest.
Cleo Zagurski, NEw Voices

Cleo Zagurski is a passionate advocate for health equity, reproductive justice, and civic engagement in Nebraska. She serves as the Policy Fellow and Lobbyist with the Reproductive Health Collaborative Nebraska, as the Director of Policy and Research for NEw Voices, and as the Director of Operations for Heartland Future Fund PAC. Cleo’s work spans academic research, community organizing, and policy advocacy, with a focus on expanding healthcare access and empowering fellow young leaders. She is pursuing her Master of Public Administration at the University of Nebraska Omaha and remains dedicated to building a more just and inclusive future.
