Pre-registration fee:
$100
Materials provided:
6 ft. table for display materials, black tablecloth (if requested)
Vendor setup:
Begins at 7:00 a.m., must be complete by 7:30 a.m.
Event duration:
7:30–9:00 a.m. (tables must remain staffed for full event)
Takedown:
Must be completed by 9:30 a.m.
Additional Guidelines
- Displays must fit within your table space
- Vendors may host a giveaway at their table
- Materials and logistics are vendor responsibility
- A seven-day cancellation notice is required for a refund
to reserve your table…
