Initiative aims to produce comprehensive plan to invigorate Nebraska’s economy, workforce

LINCOLN – On Friday morning, May 11, leaders in Nebraska business, agriculture, government and education will launch “Blueprint Nebraska,” a citizen-led, statewide economic development initiative.  The news media and public are invited to join the launch at one of three locations – Scottsbluff, Lincoln and Omaha – or by watching NET’s live online streaming service.

WHAT:
Business and civic leaders will unveil Blueprint Nebraska, a statewide endeavor that aims to help usher a new era of economic growth and prosperity.  The Blueprint Nebraska process will engage residents in a sustained effort to build and implement a plan that seeks to boost economic growth, increase competitiveness and deliver more opportunity.
