Vendor Applications are Open for 2026!

Vendors

Member organizations can host a table at Holiday Open House with food and beverages! This is a great opportunity to engage with fellow Chamber members and showcase your business.

Vendor Applications for the 2026 event are open through October 12, 2026.

As a vendor, your company will receive several exclusive engagement, recognition and marketing benefits:
 
  • Email invite sent to more than 13,000 subscribers (company name).
  • Company recognized as a vendor on Social Media.
  • Name on event page on Chamber website.
  • Name displayed in various locations at the event
  • Social media toolkit to highlight your involvement
  • Unique opportunity to showcase your products and services to over 500 engaged attendees.
  • Build brand awareness and network with fellow chamber members.
Vendor Guidelines
  • Vendors must be Greater Omaha Chamber members in good standing
  • Must be available to set up 1pm-3pm the day of the event. 
  • Provide approximately 200 samples of food and/or beverages.
  • Provide servers for food and/or beverage samples.
  • Provide all necessary serving utensils – including, plates, napkins, cups, forks, spoons, etc., as well as bottle openers/cork screws, if necessary.
  • Encouraged to bring marketing materials, including brochures, coupons, signage, and business cards.


Special Note: We are seeking a diverse selection of food samples—not just sweets and desserts. When applying, please consider including hors d’oeuvres or savory options. Vendor selection will be based in part on the variety of food submitted with the application.

VENDOR FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

  • Is there a fee to be a vendor? There is no fee for being a vendor, just the cost of whatever food/beverage sample you provide.
  • How many staff can I bring to the event? This is a free event for members and you are able to bring as many staff as you’d like, however: we recommend no more than 4 staff are working your table so that there is plenty of space for attendees.
  • When will I know if I was selected to be a vendor? For the 2026 event, you will be notified of your application status no later than October 30th.

Registration

Registration opens October 29.

  • Free to Chamber Members to attend, registration required.
  • A Valid Driver’s License or Photo ID is required to be admitted to the event.
  • Registration closes when the event sells out.

Parking

Parking is available throughout the Conagra Campus.

  • Available Lots: Chamber Surface Lot, Lot 6 and 9, and the South Parking Lot.
  • A Shuttle will be running from Lot 9 and the South Parking Lot to our building throughout the night.

Toys for Tots

We will be accepting unwrapped toys or monetary donations for Toys for Tots.
