Join us at our annual Holiday Open House, where we gather to celebrate and surround ourselves with food, drink and holiday cheer served by Chamber member organizations.

It’s our way of thanking you for a year of hard work and shared prosperity. In keeping with tradition, we’ll collect new, unwrapped toys and monetary donations for Toys for Tots.

This is a MEMBERS-ONLY FREE event! You must be 21 and over to attend this event. By registering for this event, you are stating that you are over the age of 21.

Registration will open on October 26, 2026.

Vendors

This is your opportunity to advertise, showcase your products and services and network with hundreds of potential customers at our annual Holiday Open House.

2025 Vendor Applications are CLOSED.
As a vendor, your company will receive several exclusive engagement, recognition and marketing benefits:

  • Email invites sent to more than 13,000 subscribers (company name).
  • Company recognized as vendor on Social Media.
  • Event registration page on Chamber website.
  • Unique opportunity to showcase your products and services to over 500 engaged attendees.
  • Build brand awareness and network.
Expectations of Holiday Open House Vendors:
  • Arrive at the Chamber between 1 – 3:00 PM to begin setting up. Set up must be complete by 3:30 PM.
  • Provide servers for food and/or beverage samples.
  • Provide approximately 300 samples.
  • Bring serving utensils – including, plates, napkins, cups, forks, spoons, etc., as well as bottle openers/cork screws, if necessary.
  • Bring extension cords, serving trays, etc.
  • You are encouraged to bring marketing materials, including brochures, coupons, and business cards. You may bring one pop-up banner, but please do not hang anything from the walls or ceiling.
  • Clean your space and pack up your belongings once the event concludes.


Special Note:
We are seeking a diverse selection of food samples—not just sweets and desserts. When applying, please consider including hors d’oeuvres or savory options. Vendor selection will be based in part on the variety of food submitted with the application.

Before You Arrive

Registration

Registration opens October 23.

  • Free to all Members to attend.
  • A Valid Driver’s License or Photo ID is required to be admitted to the event.
  • Registration is required and it fills up fast!
  • Registration closed Dec. 3 or when the event reaches capacity.

Parking

Parking is available throughout the Conagra Campus.

  • Available Lots: Chamber Surface Lot, Lot 6 and 9, and the South Parking Lot.
  • A Shuttle will be running from Lot 9 and the South Parking Lot to our building throughout the night.

Toys for Tots

We will be accepting unwrapped toys or monetary donations for Toys for Tots.

What to Bring

  • A Valid Driver’s License or Photo ID is required to be admitted to the event. This event is 21 and over.
  • Business cards to enter prize raffles!

Toys for Tots

Donations will be accepted for our local Toys for Tots. Please bring:
  • Unwrapped toys
  • Monetary donations

Parking

  • Parking is free and available in several lots on the Conagra campus.

  • See the map above for parking lot locations.

  • A shuttle will run throughout the evening from lots located farther from the Chamber building.
