The CCNEDC Annual Meeting of Investors brings together our investors, community leaders, and local partners to highlight the year’s accomplishments and outline the opportunities ahead for Cass County. During this meeting, investors will also vote to approve the 2026 Board of Directors, an important step in guiding the organization’s strategic direction for the coming year.
This year’s meeting features a special presentation by Mike Feekin with First Five Nebraska, who will discuss how access to high-quality child care influences workforce participation, business productivity, and long-term economic growth.
Join us as we review progress, celebrate key contributions, and engage in meaningful discussion about the future of Cass County’s economic development.

The State of the County is an opportunity for community members, business leaders, and local officials to come together and hear a comprehensive update on the progress, challenges, and opportunities shaping Cass County. This event provides a platform for key leaders, including county and city officials, to share insights on economic development, housing, infrastructure, workforce, and education initiatives that are driving growth and improving quality of life across the county.
