Diversity & Inclusion Groups

Because diversity and inclusion are needed in every workplace and every community.

That’s why the Greater Omaha Chamber partnered with Inclusive Communities to create DIG, a brand-new initiative aimed at supporting and enhancing the growth of employee resource groups, diverse leadership and inclusive cultures.

Year-long and no cost, DIG allows employee resource groups (and aspiring ERGs) to:

  • Learn best diversity and inclusion practices
  • Gain valuable resources
  • Network and connect
  • Attend diversity trainings
