Join the conversation at Council of Companies on Thursday, May 3 from 7:30 to 9 a.m. at UNO Weitz Community Engagement Center centered on Intergenerational Communication & Culture.
There are more generations in the workplace today than ever before. This can create interesting dynamics between individuals at work. Hear from Nate Dvorak, researcher at Gallup, on how to navigate intergenerational relationships in the workplace, specifically with regards to employee engagement and differing expectations between generations.
The meeting will also spend time spotlighting Methodist Health System. Lindsey Spehn with Gallup and Kelsey Haswell will discuss how Methodist utilized Gallup’s research to gather support for their Emerging Professional Group.
