St. Croix Hospice is very proud to announce the elevation of level Hospice Care to the area.
St. Croix Hospice has made Medical Director Dr. Clayton Hoberman a full time member of our care team.
What this means for patients in the metro area is the confidence of having a Dr. when you need one 24/7 as opposed to having to wait on a part time provider on call.
Dr. Hoberman is a Board Certified Palliative and Hospice Physician who has practiced with Think Whole Person Healthcare since it’s opening. As one of the areas only certified physicians in this field he adds a wealth of knowledge and an extra special level of care to our Hospice patients and brings extra confidence to the families knowing their loved ones are getting all they need when they need it from the care team.
