An entrepreneur with a great passion to grow his business, Ken Ingram of Ken & Associates has been one of the most active participants in the Chamber’s REACH program. His general contracting firm has also seen some of the greatest growth in revenues – over 300 percent.
“It’s going,” he says.
Ken launched Ken & Associates in 2015; a dream the construction veteran had been nurturing for about 15 years.
“When I connected with the REACH program, we were looking for assistance with funding and education,” Ken says. “Every opportunity they had to offer, I was there.”
REACH is a comprehensive approach to ensuring our certified small and emerging businesses are ready to bid and capitalize on new projects – and reach their strategic goals. Ken has attended several REACH educational sessions and received financing, first time bonding and contracts through the program.

With that comprehensive assist from REACH, Ken & Associates continues to grow strategically, increasing its payroll, business acumen and overall capacity to perform work at the highest levels, including project work for Kiewit and Metropolitan Community College, the City of Omaha, Omaha Public Schools and 75North.
“Winsley told me if I ever had a problem – whatever they could do to help my business grow – they were there. When I did reach out to him, he was always there,” Ken says.
