Networking & Marketing Opportunities

One of the greatest benefits enjoyed by Chamber members is the exposure gained through our marketing efforts.

Chamber members are referred thousands of times annually via their listings on the Chamber Web site, in Chamber publications and by Chamber staffers. In addition, our enhanced online directory, printed membership directory, minority business directory and other materials result in exposure and increased business every day.

Members gain recognition through awards programs including Small Business of the Month, Golden Spike Awards, Omaha 25 Excellence in Business Awards and other events. Their individual stories are highlighted in our broadcast e-mails and publications including the quarterly ROI.

As most members will tell you, the best way to network is by attending any of the more than 100 programs and events the Chamber hosts annually. Each event is structured to allow time for members to establish business relationships.

The annual Buy the Big O! Show is the largest business-to-business trade show in the area, bringing more than 7,000 people to Qwest Center Omaha to see the products and services of more than 400 exhibitors.

Additionaly targeted marketing and sponsorship opportunities are available exclusively to members.

Interested in Hosting a Chamber Event?

Provide a venue once a calendar year

• Provide a meeting area for small groups of 45 - 85 people. Provide beverages and food. Events include Quick Pitch, Networking at Noon and New Member Orientation. Download criteria and interest form.
• Provide a meeting area for mid-sized groups of 100 - 300 people. Provide beverages and food. Tables and chairs will be needed in classroom style or half-rounds. Events include Access Business and Small Business Insights. Download criteria and interest form.
• Provide a meeting area for large groups of 150 and up. Provide beverages and food. Events include Coffee & Contacts, Rush Hour Connections and Business After Hours. Download criteria and interest form.

Co-sponsor an event

• Partner with another Chamber member. One partner will provide the venue, the other will provide food, drink or funds for the event. Together we will make the perfect match! See the above criteria forms for full details.
