The Greater Omaha Young Professionals serve as a catalyst organization to retain and attract young professionals to the Greater Omaha area through engagement, opportunity and advocacy. Their mission is accomplished by embracing the values of inclusivity, collaboration and innovation.

The Ready2ServeOmaha website connects individuals seeking volunteer leadership opportunities with nonprofit organizations interested in recruiting new talent.
Community Outreach
Young professionals not only represent many backgrounds and professions, but are experiencing major life events in rapid succession. Community Outreach works to ensure that the Young Professionals are connecting with a broad range of young professionals in the community through our various programs and events.
Networking Events
The Young Professionals provide a variety of unique networking opportunities for young professionals to learn, connect and get engaged. Events vary from quarterly networking events that draw up to 300 attendees, to Breakfast with a CEO, which is a small intimate group. View current events.

Summit
The annual Young Professionals Summit provides an opportunity for young professionals, community and business leaders to come together in an open learning environment to discuss community issues affecting Omaha's young professionals at Omaha's largest event for young professionals.
Young Professionals Choice Award
The Young Professionals Choice Award recognizes organizations that excel in their efforts to attract, retain and develop young professionals in the Greater Omaha community.
