The Chamber’s strategic development division led the effort to develop a five-year strategic plan and is coordinating the resources to implement it. Throughout the development process, the Chamber board, volunteers, members and staff were engaged to ensure creation of a relevant and valuable plan.
All goals, objectives and tactics align with the Chamber’s vision, mission and values. The plan includes a balance of measurable results with adequate flexibility for management to take advantage of future opportunities.
