Running a small business means making lots of decisions. Wouldn't it be great if you could present your new marketing plan, advertisement or pending purchase agreement to a board of directors for some confidential expertise and input?
You can.
Executive Dialogue provides Chamber members with the positive expertise of area business leaders to assist with the challenges small businesses face.
Groups consist of 15 to 20 owners, partners or day-to-day operations managers of non-competing small businesses. They meet monthly as an informal board of directors to discuss business issues.
Members of the group present an issue or an idea and the other members give their feedback in an honest, confidential manner. The goal is to help members address business challenges and seize opportunities.
Whenever possible each group includes an attorney, a banker and an accountant so members can tap their expert opinions.
Join a group and start benefiting from the expertise and experience of business leaders.
